• Fixed the GPT route's tool calls: empty optional fields dropped at the decode, curly quotes straightened where a command, a pattern, a symbol or a path never wants one, and an Edit refusal that names the lines already read
• Added a bundled shell to the Windows archive: a box with no bash runs the shell tool through Mercury's own bash-compatible engine
• Fixed delegated agents refused long after a usage window reset, and an expired sign-in reported as a used-up window
• Fixed the first-run screen, the enter screen and the mascot painting wrong colours in Apple's Terminal and other 256-colour terminals
